Vicki originally joined Killingsworth Agency in 1987 right after high school graduation. She left in 1989 after getting married and moving to Jacksonville, North Carolina to be with her husband who was a United States Marine. She returned to Killingsworth in 1990, first, working in personal lines and then moving to the commercial lines department. She lives in Brooksville with her husband and has one daughter.
